How to do it
- Tap Start. You don’t need to set anything up.
- Breathe in as the circle grows and out as it shrinks. The out-breath is a little longer.
- After a minute, check in with yourself and choose what would help next.
Why it can help
When feelings spike, the simplest thing to do is slow your exhale. A longer out-breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s built-in brake. One minute is short enough to start even when everything feels like too much.
